" The European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (LEADER) awarded aid to Château d'Auteuil
under the Rural Development Program (PDR) Picardy 2014-2020 of the European Union.
This grant is awarded as part of Château d'Auteuil's participation in developing the tourist appeal of the Hauts-de-France.
The project involves the construction of two new high-end suites each benefiting from their own private wellness area.
These suites are offered in the fall of 2018 to a clientele composed of 80% of foreign visitors.
Our global project in a few words:

2: And every day give happiness, sweetness, attention, kindness by creating the conditions for a unique experience that everyone will remember.
Details of the Bed and Breakfast Creation Project
· Offer a large space with 2 suites on a surface of 120 m2.
· Breathe and feel good under a cathedral ceiling.
· Favor elegance with carefully selected antique furniture.
· Ensure quietness and silence thanks to soundproofed partitions and doors.
· Offer a private spa for each suite to respect the privacy and allow everyone to find themselves in the softness and well-being: Shower - Hammam and Jaccuzi bath in each suite.
· Provide access to connected TV to stay (if needed) in contact with the world.
· To admire the traditional Oise tomette in the bathrooms.
· Benefit from a functional organization of space for a comfortable stay.
· Offer a king size bed 180 X 200 and 2 or 3 single beds to allow different configurations (family with children or friends)
· Walk barefoot on the oak floor in Point de Hongrie in the suites for chic and tradition.
· Benefit from wood wool insulation for ideal thermal comfort.
· Access collective spaces to meet: lounges, dining rooms, courtyard with outdoor furniture to enjoy the outdoors.
· Connect freely to the wifi inside and out. "
